By accessing or using MyDeskMate Tools at tools.mydeskmate.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
MyDeskMate Tools provides free online tools to convert videos from supported platforms to MP3/MP4, and to remove watermarks from uploaded videos. The service is provided “as is” and free of charge, without warranty of any kind.
You agree to use MyDeskMate Tools only for content you own, have created, or have explicit permission to convert or download. Downloading or converting content you do not have rights to may violate copyright law and the terms of service of the source platforms (such as YouTube).
We may refuse or terminate access for users who misuse the service.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all videos will be available for conversion (some videos may be restricted by their platform).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyDeskMate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or files, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Your sole remedy for any issue is to stop using the service.
You retain full responsibility for any files you create or upload. Converted files and uploads are processed temporarily and automatically deleted. You must keep your own copies; we are not responsible for any loss of files.
Our tools interact with third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, Vimeo). Those platforms have their own terms and policies, which you remain subject to. MyDeskMate Tools is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the service operator’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
